My name is Bethany Perez I was born and raised in Las Cruces New Mexico. Growing up here I have been able to watch Las Cruces expand and grow to what it is today . I wanted to be part of the reason Las Cruces keeps growing and expanding, and I thought what better way to do this than to become a realtor. Since I was sixteen years old I have been in sales and I am also currently a finance major at New Mexico state University. My experience and knowledge in sales and finance are big contribution's to what has led me to become a part of Exit Realty.

The main reason I joined Exit was to help people find their perfect home . Finding the prefect forever home is many people dream. Buying a home is possibly one of the biggest purchases someone will ever make. It fills me with joy knowing my job is to help people in my community find a place to call home.

Caring and serving all of clients and people in my community is one of my main focuses. On my days off from being a realtor I have a few different hobbies. Those Hobbies include working out , hiking and whenever I have vacation time my favorite thing to do is go to the beach.  As a dog mom have a great love for all dogs. When I have time I visit my local dog shelter to help find dogs there a home and keep them company and take them on walks and play dates.  Both of my dogs are rescues, I love to go on hikes with them and take them for walks.
